Vincent Savino President In addition to running a successful business and providing employees with a mindset of when quality matters attitude, Vinny specializes in design/build management of larger projects with a high degree of technicality.

Kevin Michaud Chief Estimator/Project Manager In addition to estimating the larger projects in the company, Kevin also manages some of the more complex projects in the field, and handles many day to day issues that complex lending his extensive knowledge and expertise in problem solving on both the field and administrative.

Jessie Dupont Estimating/Project Management/Scheduling Jessie brings his field background to the office to help handle the day to day activities of scheduling manpower while also bid estimating and project management. He estimates and manages all of his own projects. Knowledge of the field has helped him excel in the management role.

Latania DeLeon Project Coordinator Latania is in charge of the administrative side of construction projects. She process submittals, creates RFI's and other documents as needed. She corresponds with the general contractors and construction managers, attends job meetings and coordinates material processing with various vendors and subcontractors. She also writes PO's, subcontracts and is involved in closeout documents.

Cecelia Petrowski Project Coordinator Celia is in charge of the administrative side of construction projects. She process and creates RFI's, has direct contact with the general contractors and construction managers and generates purchase orders while also handling the distribution of subcontracts to all subs on the job. She is also involved in closeout documents.

Lori Stevens HR/Payroll Lori handles payroll administration and oversees the certified payroll. She handles the insurance for all employees, cell phones and is instrumental in keeping all licenses and apprenticeship program up to date along with day to day issues employees may have. She is involved with job cost input for the construction division.

 

Lee Scheinfeld Commercial Sales/Service Lee is responsible for generating new projects in the construction side. His real target is estimating and selling service agreements while also quoting on replacements of all types of HVAC equipment.
