The following is a list of questions that will give us a starting point to meet your equipment specifications.  Please provide as much information as you can including any prints, serial numbers or building footprints that you believe would be helpful.  Don't worry if you don't know all of the answers.

You can print our checklist below to gather the information, then provide as much detail as you can in the "Additional comments" section in the online Service Form below.  If you would like to forward any electronic information (plans, prints, etc.), please email those materials to vinny@actionairsystems.com, making sure to put your last name in the subject line. 

New or Replacement Equipment Information

1. Distance from edge of roof top to roof top unit location.
2. Ceiling height of drop ceiling.
3. Distance of ceiling to roof deck.
4. Is the roof bonded?
5. Distance of electrical panel; what is the voltage & phase?
6. Is the floor area clear under roof top location?
7. Can we relocate the RTU over the existing air handler?
8. Can a crane get close to the building?
9. Is the roof flat or pitch? Is it metal deck, concrete, asphalt?
10. Does ActionAir Systems provide heat and A/C?
11. Will we be removing any existing equipment, heating or A/C?
12. Exclusions.
13. What direction does the building face?
14. Dimensions of doors, windows-any opening.
15. What type of walls?
16. What type of insulation/brick, drywall?
17. Dimensions of the building. Do you have a floor plan you can email us?
18. Do you have their own electrician and/or roofer?
