Our Facility
We work out of a 20,000-square-foot facility in Manchester, CT. It’s a state-of-the-art complex that boasts a sheet metal shop, warehouses, offices, and a training room.

We started out as a sheet metal contractor with eight employees in 1987 before our founder, Wayne Beaulieu, joined forces with Vincent Savino. The two partners turned Action Air Systems, Inc., into a full-service mechanical contractor in 1990 that could service the industrial and commercial HVAC/R market.
Today, we employ over 50 people capable of tackling complex jobs that require technical expertise, innovative solutions, and cutting-edge equipment.
We work with government contracts, large corporations, manufacturing facilities, schools, standalone businesses, and many other clients that need reliable heating, cooling, and plumbing services.
